Welcome to the Grove
This stunning example of Victorian architecture has stood as a haven from the hustle of Balham high road since 1877. The interior design is inspired by this decadent period when the scandalous Victorians lorded over the largest Empire in history and Balham was resident to many of London's most notable characters. Enjoy a real ale and one of our famous homemade snacks in the Cox's bar, a succulent rack of Yakima Red Ribs in the Priory dining room, a gin and tonic on the terrace, or enjoy a lavish celebration in the Florence lounge.
A soft fabric filtered light pours over this stunning brassiere dining room where you can enjoy dishes infused with inspiration from our travels, using only the finest of British produce. Aged rib eye steaks from cattle that graze on riverside pastures in Suffolk, cod so fresh we could tell you the captain's name from the boat from which it was caught, and slow roasted chicken from corn fed, free range Norfolk hens; a veritable food lover's sanctum.

The Grove is on the corner of Oldridge Road and Bellamy Street. Halfway between Clapham South and Balham tube stations and just off the main Balham High Road, the building is tucked neatly in amongst its residential neighbours.
